A few of you asked about the quilt next to my thread. These are 12 snowman through the months, I think I did this stitchery about a gazillion years ago. I can't even remember the name of the pattern, but I did one stitchery each month for a year, I don't know if you can see them well enough. The white dots on the border fabric is actually little snowman. This quilt is always on the wall in my sewing room and sometimes it has blocks pinned all over it.
I'm off to make hummus and tabbouleh with a twist for a family Bbq tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by.
What an adorable wall hanging, thanks for sharing it with us. Hmmm hummus and tabbouleh two of my favorites. What times the BBQ????....lol... Care to share your recipe for the hummus.

ReplyDeleteLove the snowmen quilt!
ReplyDeleteI had tabbouleh with my sandwich at lunch today. I could make a whole meal of just tabbouleh. Made mine yesterday so it was just right for lunch.
Love the snowman. I gave the pattern to the quilt to my mum a few years back, but didn't keep a copy for myself.
ReplyDeleteThe snowmen are cute and I am with Linda- I love hummus with lots of garlic, tahini and lemon juice and a little cumin.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the barbecue.

Anna
