Check out this awesome give-away. It's filled with everything all about Halloween, I'd love to see this basket come to my house....I can dream can't I.
Lula has claimed a comfy spot to sleep while I'm stitching. She sure is funny sometimes, one morning DH and I woke up to find all her toys spread all over our bed, she had spent the night carrying them up the stairs. She'll also take the toys back down stairs to the living room....she can't decide where the toys should be...it's too funny.
She also looks like the perfect Autumn kitty with those colors! What a sweety kitty! Reminds me of the time that Meowzer showed up to the house with a cat nip toy still in the wrapping! He had to of snagged it from somebody's garage.
ReplyDeleteBummer you are working on a pattern that had some errors...this is a huge pet peeve of mine! If a designer publishes a pattern than by golly have it tested a few times by others first! I'd be so embarrassed to have somebody call me and say there were some problems.
Anyway..will look forward to seeing your Halloween quilt.
Lulu is adoreable! I wish my kids had been so good about keeping their toys in one place *LOL* Can't wait to see the Hallowe'en quilt.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see your Halloween quilt finished, Wendy...no pressure intended. (wink)
ReplyDeleteLula seems to have settled in nicely. What a sweetheart she is.
I really like these blocks - can't wait to see it with the other blocks. Halloween is my favorite times also. That's funny about the cat - some mornings we wake up and find dog and cat toys scattered everywhere - like we missed a big party or something.
ReplyDeleteOh I just can't wait to see the Halloween quilt rows come together...it's going to be wonderful...Lula is precious...she sure has come a long way from the kitty that was returned to the shelter because she hid...makes you wonder. She sure is a happy girl at your house.
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat idea to make a row quilt from Halloween fabrics! I love that. Like your model there!
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to thank you for your inspiration to finish my Autumn Song..How silly of me to wait over a year just for 9 silly blocks!
ReplyDeleteThat Halloween row quilt looks like fun!
Oh I can't wait to see it!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it's going to be a fabulous quilt Wendy! Can't wait to see more.
ReplyDeleteDid Lula think maybe she might need something to play with while she waited for you to wake up? They are funny aren't they, with minds we have no clue of ever understanding!
It's so nice to see Lula again. She is so pretty. I love her autumn colors. She seems to like the star quilt from Jo's class. The perfect colors for her.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing seeing your Halloween quilt when it's done.
Take care and have fun.
Oooh, I love those stars in the halloween fabrics -- very cool. Aren't cats funny? We have to hide stuffed animals and fleece blankets from our cat 'cause he drags them around and makes funny noises -- which is ok, except when it wakes you up in the middle of the night!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun fall quilt - love your fabric choices.
