I've finished my Kitchen Sink quilt, well almost, here it is all quilted and ready for me to put on the binding. I just love this quilt and the quilting has really made it sparkle. I'm not very good at quilting, but with this shop offering their long-arm quilting machine for rental by the hour, it's been fun to learn. I'm starting to really enjoy using the long-arm now that I can remember "most" of the steps.
Close up of the quilting.
Another close up picture of the back. I'm just so excited at how good it looks.
My BunnyHill Redwork quilt is almost finished too, I have plans to add a pieced border, we'll see how that works since I didn't use a pattern and I still need to figure out the math to add the border.
A little closer view.
Happy Quilting and Stitching, until next time.

I am sending hugs and hopes! My house is a 200yr old stone schoolhouse in Northern Britain, when we added an extension we discovered the outside walls were not connected to the inside walls and the beams holding upstairs up were rotted!!! Hide in the sewing room it will save your sanity and the work will get done all the sooner!! Our buildres were fantastic, they used to send me out if they needed to swear! sometimes I was gone for a whole day!!
I absolutely love what you did with the Bunny Hill redwork! It is beautifulllll!
You have the best looking Kitchen Sink I have ever seen.....not sure about the one above...well done ..that is awesome...Peg OPAM 2010

That quilt (Kitchen sink) is really looking great! One of the most beautiful srap quilts I've seen! I would really love to make one like this, I'm working on Charity quilts and I've got a lot of different fabrics that would just be great in a quilt like this! Is it your own pattern/design, or did you buy it?
