Wool Block and Reno's

I'm not sure why I'm still sane with everything that's happened with the kitchen renovation. You start one project and then it leads to more projects. Let me tell you where I'm going with this....3 years ago we completely renovated the main bathroom, I mean everything was done....walls, floor, plumbing, cabinets....the whole thing. The only piece in the bathroom that didn't get replaced was the toilet tank, the toilet bowl was replaced....so why didn't the tank get replaced??? We will never know...will we?....so have you guess it by now?? Yes...it happened....the tank broke, a big long crack going down one side, all I can say it's a good thing we were home to discover it. That bathroom is directly over the new kitchen floor....I'm just saying we were very lucky yesterday.

Here is the first wool basket from Karen's BOM which I collected all last year. Now it's time to make these blocks for a very special project.

Have a good weekend, until next time.

  14. Oh Wendy!! Omg you are really going through it!! I hope your house troubles are over. It's very lucky you were home. I have 2 friends who were flooded right after kitchen renovations and had to do it all again. One was from rain. But the other was from a leak that started in their bathroom when they were on a 5 day trip to Disneyland!! I love your wool block!!
