Woohoo......it's finished.....finally. I had most of it sewn together and wasn't feeling happy with the fusible fleece I used. I took it apart and hoped the fleece wasn't too stuck. All went well but the bag took longer than expected to finish with all the ripping. You can see the book with the pattern here.
I always have big intentions for posting more often, but it just doesn't seem to happen. This past weekend we celebrated DH's birthday with two big dinners. I made a wonderful carrot cake with cream cheese icing and my daughter made a double chocolate cake. We stuffed our faces!
This just might become my favourite bag.
A look inside, I used a blue floral.
The back detail with an opening and snap closure. I changed this from the pattern, the instructions were for a button and loop. The snap will work better for me.

Cute bag...almost looks like it is reversible. Carrot cake is my DH's favorite...yum.
