These Scrappy Plates are fun to make and easier than they look. I've finished appliqueing about five Dresden blocks so far. The others are all prepped and ready for stitching while sitting on the back deck. You can find the free pattern from
Bunnyhill.
Happy Quilting!

ReplyDeleteVery sweet block, Wendy. I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day.
ReplyDeleteI didn't use the Bunnyhill pattern for my Dresden plates but they look the same. It is easy to do. My quilt still needs the machine quilting done.
ReplyDeleteI love Dresden Plates! I've been collecting 30s repros for a while specifically to make one of these. It will be my third Dresden Plate, although the others were very different. Yours is lovely!
