Yesterday I had a visit to this fantastic shop, Two Thimbles, I was dropping of my sampler challenge quilt to be displayed in the shop. I'll show the quilt in my next post. For now enjoy this lovely shop and if you see anything you need, give the shop a call. I could spend a few hours here, if you are in the area it's worth the trip.
The displays are filled with so much to see.
Lots and lots of reproduction fabrics.
More reproductions and Jo Morton fabrics.
Love the baskets, the shop has a good mix of more fabrics than just reproductions.
Look at these wonderful greens for spring projects and St. Patrick's Day.
Isn't this quilt stunning.....I love it!
Lots of incredible quilts hanging everywhere.
The quilt above the cabinet is sooooo much better in person.
I hope you enjoyed this little visit. Happy Quilting!
WOW....I could spend hours there with ya..and then we'd have to break for a coffee and go back!
ReplyDeleteI like that the shop has many quilt samples. Samples sell patterns and patterns sell fabric. And looks like their is a good selection of all.

ReplyDeleteMy favourite quilt shop, don't get there often enough. Love the quilt in the first photo, I have the pattern and am trying to finish some of my UFOs before I start, but I see so many other quilts on blogs that I'm distracted and never seem to get anything finished. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a neat shop. Love the samples!!!! Would love to see the wall quilt above the buffet table in person - flowers in vase. Looks fabulous.
ReplyDeleteHow nice your photos are of Two Thimbles, Wendy. Love visiting the store to see what Lee's newest additions are.

ReplyDeleteAh, yes, it is wonderful. Photos don't do it justice. I'm fortunate to be able to visit it way to often as I live just 10 minutes away. They offer so much; civil war to contemporary!

ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing quilt shop!!!! I think I would spend a lot of time and $$$$$ there.
ReplyDeleteI just visited that shop for my first time last week! Came home with the orange and black Jo Morton quilt kit. Usually I don't buy kits, but I loved it and didn't have the same fabrics. I only get out that way once or twice a year, but I'll be back.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I love seeing websites that understand the value of providing a quality resource for free.
