I participated in Humble Quilts Doll Quilt Swap recently. This is the pink and brown doll quilt I received from Mary G. She did a lovely big stitch quilting, I love how it looks and the pink and brown is one of my favourite combinations.
This is the doll quilt I sent Mary C., it was fun to participate in this swap. It wasn't the usual one on one swap but instead it was a surprise who I would be getting a quilt from. I love doing these swaps! Thanks Lori for organizing.
Happy Quilting.
Love the quilt you sent, and love the pink and brown one you received. I also joined this quilt swap. Because I've no blog, Lori is adding the quilt I received to the linky party. Haven't seen the one I made posted yet, but the pattern was from Two Thimbles in Bellingham. This was a lot of fun and I think I'd do it again.

ReplyDeleteWendy, the little quilt you made is wonderful! Your own design?
ReplyDeleteI like how Mary added strips to the end of the quilt she made to make it rectangular in shape. Good fabric choices.
