We arrived home today from a driving trip to Spokane (boy am I pooped). The
Buggy Barn quilt show was wonderful, I'll post pictures of the quilts on a separate post, but first I'll show you the class I took with
Sue Spargo. Here is one of her spectacular samples hanging in the class room, the colours are outstanding.
More wonderful samples of bags and backpacks to drool over, Sue's choices of wool and embellishments are what makes the projects so beautiful.

Here is the awesome project we worked on for 2 days (look at that cute button) but wait there's more, this is only the cover of the sewing case (it's bigger than it looks in the picture), there is more applique and embellishments on the back and the inside.....it's going to take me a while to get this one finished but I've got a good start on it. Sue's blog. Sue is an excellent teacher and made sure we knew what to do. The class included a complete kit and lunch with dessert.
