I've been doing a little bit of this and that. I love my little Lori Smith applique block. There will be one of these each month from Lori's Quilt Squares.....at least that's the plan today.....we'll see how it goes. This one is the 12" block pattern #10.
This very simple lap size quilt I've been sewing a bit at a time over the last few months. I like this one because of the soft colours of pinks, blues, reds and grey. The blocks look simple but I think there was 5 different blocks to make with changes in placement of fabrics. It should have been easy.....right.....well that's what it would appear until I made a few cutting mistakes....Thankfully I recovered and the top is finished.
And then there is a little redwork mixed in, I'm hooked on these Sunbonnet Sue blocks.
I also finished quilting and binding this K Fassett quilt, just need to get some pictures. That's it for now.
Happy Quilting.
very nice Wendy.xx
