New Project

Not much exciting going on with me these days, except for struggling with having no energy. I don't know what's going on, I'm really fighting taking naps. They say you should listen to your body and take a nap if needed, but lately I feel like I could nap several times a day. The days are sunny and I've been doing more gardening, maybe it's just the adjustment between winter and summer.

Here is a little peek at a new quilt I've been working on. The fabrics are bright and the black really adds contrast.
I love working on the Bunny Hill BOM, April basket is done. The little fat chick makes me laugh.

Happy Stitching. Thanks for dropping by.

Love the blocks - that fabric with the black looks terrific. Those blocks done in redwork are so pretty. Sounds like some time in the sun - after such a cold winter will improve things.

Okay missy, call your doctor and have her check your thyroid level. That's the juice that makes us GO! Without it you are slow, and tired, and you forget everything.

Love the blocks too!! Now call the doctor!

The new quilt blocks are fantastic. Black is such a great contrasting fabric. Your version of Bunny Hill's Bom is terrific.

Any chance you have allergies? I do, and I get really tired in the spring when everything's blooming.
The Bunny Hill blocks look really cute in redwork, I might have to make one like that. I'm making mine with fabrics, but I like the ones I've seen in wool, too. I may end up with three bunny quilts!

Hey Wendy, I have a blog on here now too. Sorry you're lacking in energy. If you need help this weekend be sure to call me. Love your Bunny Hill blocks. I'm doing them appliqued but haven't gotten to April yet.
