All About Cats

I'm sure you are probably getting tired of my cat quilts by now. But this was my big accomplishment for the week, my little cats quilt finished with quilting and binding sewn down. The 30's quilt is quilted with daisy's, so sweet for summer.

I'm ready for fall with this one all quilted with pumpkins. I can't wait to wash these, I love the crinkled look after a quilt comes out of the dryer. I have another fall project in the works....soon you'll see my witch project, no promises for how soon.

I've received a few requests for more cat pictures, I'll do my best to accommodate. Here is Lula on the front porch, she will go outside for about 5 seconds and then as soon as she hears a noise back in the house she runs. You can see she is ready to dart back in the house.

Oh look......there she goes back in the house as fast as she can. That's her big out door adventure for the day, tomorrow will be a repeat of today.

Have a great weekend!

The cat quilts are darling. I love the autumn one.

Our cat was always dying to get outside. Aren't they fun creatures?

Snuggling up with a warm, crinkly quilt fresh from the dryer is truly one of life's greatest pleasures. Don't you feel sad for people without a quilt?

Love your cat quilts. I have several baggies of cat blocks from swapping, have sewn a few cat quilts myself. The idea of a pumpkin with cats is a good one. I never tire of seeing cat quilts.
Your real kitty is precious :)

Love the kitty quilts and the kitty. I have a cat that is terrified of the outdoors. If she goes outside, she stands and shakes horribly - so she just stays in the house, mostly under the bed. She comes out at night when just my husband and I are here, but let someone visit and under the bed she goes. She exemplifies "scaredy cat."

Hi Wendy! You just know that I love kitties and you pleased me with lots of eye candy today. Meow still hangs here at my house though prefers outside to hunt. Every single day I get the "inners" left as a gift for something she has devoured. Ick!
