Sugar Cube

The last week I've spent a little time getting  familiar with this guy, we bonded very well since she was my ticket to getting around. No I didn't buy a new car....would anyone really want to be caught driving around in one of these silly looking cars?....LOL...just kidding. I bet everyone was laughing and pointing as I drove done the LA freeways. I'll be back with lots of pictures of my own little quilting shop hop around the LA area and yes I did drive those crazy 14 lane freeways and I SURVIVED!  Gotta run....salsa making is waiting for me.

Cute little sugar cube. You had a shop hop in LA - oh I wish I'd known I would have met you there. I would have been there in a heartbeat. :-) I can't wait to read all about it.

I own one of those sugar cubes. Its a brown sugar cube, too. Its super sweet.... I love it! Lots of room inside to haul me, my boyfriend, our golden retriever, and all my sewing supplies! Plus, I can sit up higher on the road, but NOT own an SUV. The Cube is technically a car. :)

Interesting ride! I have seen those here on the central coast. Glad you survived your freeways. Hope it was a fun trip!

In our area those little rides are everywhere...I wonder what the safety ratings are?
LA? You didn't say anything about a trip!! Though I couldn't have met you...try East coast next time!

OMG! 14 lanes to traverse! I don't think I would survive. The biggest freeway I have been on has 5 lanes one way, that's bad enough. Looking forward to reading all about your shop hop.

Hahaha, I know I'd be laughing! The perfect saying for the LA freeways, is "When in Rome, act like a Roman"! You'll be ran over if you don't!! LOL

I drove a KIA Soul rental to Salem OR from Abbotsford BC and back -- and yes, it is ugly on the outside, but there are NO blindspots in that car. I never got sore or stiff from hours of driving, and the gas mileage was impressive. Sometimes beauty is merely an external!!
