Countryside Quilters Show

This quilt went together very fast using a layercake. The pattern is free and called Moda Love. I'm going to add a small inner border and then a 4" outer border. My oldest daughter will love this quilt.
The Countryside Quilt Show was a big success. More people came to see the quilts than we ever imagined. Our little group of 27 members showed over 400 quilts of our work. There is a VIDEO if you want to see a portion of the show. The bed turning had a big turn out for each time slot we offered, You'll see the bed turning in the video.
Time for some fall decorating. I love this little wool wallhanging from my secret sister at Countryside Quilters. I might see how this looks on my old widow display.

Happy Quilting.

Love, love the little pumpkin and basket wool wall hanging. Wonder if your secret person used a pattern or just created it.

What a great venue for a quilt show and what talent! You may want to put the word VIDEO in caps so it is more obvious that is where to find the quilt show video.
Your wool hanging will be lovely to display during fall!

Love your Moda quilt, I plan on using that pattern myself soon. Glad to know it went together easily. Love the wool wallhanging. I love working with wool too. Your video of the show was great, lot of beautiful quilts. I belong to a guild just a teeny bit bigger than yours & I've been saying we need to do a show like yours, never thought to do a bed turning though. Great idea! How difficult was it to plan? Did it take a long time? Where did you set up the bed turning? Would appreciate any info. on how you set up, planning, running etc. Maybe with more info. I can get them to do it!!
