I used the "Spell it with Fabric" pattern by Moda to make the letters in the Farm Girl Vintage quilt. Since the letters are different size than the blocks I'm still working on the layout and fitting everything together. I'm enjoying playing around with the pretty colours in these blocks. More to come on this quilt.
A little stitchery from Plum Cute Designs for Buttermilk Basin Christmas blog hop. The mitten stitchery is a free pattern and the frame I ordered from her website.
Another redwork stitchery I did before Christmas. I thought the frame was a prefect way to display this piece. The "Snow" pattern is a older one from Crabapple Hill Studio, I love her designs.
I'm still working on getting familiar with how blogspot works and seem to have lost the link to INSTAGRAM. For now here is a link to my page called Threadtales.
See you next week.

Love your projects and that frame for the mitten stitchery is adorable. I did the stitchery from Crabapple a few years ago, stitched it on wool and made it into a little pillow. Yours is adorable in red and framed. Hugs. Karen
I can't wait to see what you come up with for your Farm Girl Vintage! I got my top together a couple of weeks ago and now I need to decide the plan for quilting.
Adorable stitcheries!! I love the fabric in the quilt- looks like a fun winter project to keep the doldrums away.
You're working on some really pretty projects. That frame is a perfect way to show that piece. I have the book Farm Girl Vintage but haven't started working from it yet.
Fantastic work, thank you so much for shedding a light on the topic.
