How are you spending your Valentines day?
DH and I don't usually do anything too special for Valentine's Day except for maybe a nice dinner out, a little wine and some chocolate, which we did last night. It's way to crazy busy at restaurants to have dinner out on the actual day, so it works out nicely for us this way.

Mmmmm yummy chocolate...think I've over indulged today...lol! Hope you had a Happy Valentines day!
Happy Valentines to you too Wendy! I made a Pecan Cheesecake pie for dessert and am just cooking a real quick dinner to avoid crowds as you said. Not only that but DH worked and I worked on a customer quilt so we'll both be zonked for dinner out anyway. We stil need to celebrate our 25th and that was in December!
It's a special home cooked dinner at home for us too. The restaurants are way too busy.

Much like you, we stay in to avoid the crowds. It usually seems like places are just too full, offer a limited menu and don't really provide their best service on days such as this. Instead I'm trying out a new dinner recipe and a fancy schmancy dessert *s*

Happy Valentine's Day a little late, Wendy! We've were at the Squash House on the 14th! For us, getting married later in life and finding the perfect mate - we consider every day to be Valentine's Day!
