This and That

I promised to show a couple of things I made at my retreat a week ago....has it been that long already. I don't know where the week has gone or what I did for a whole week. Anyway, I found these little cupcake boxes that holds one cupcake, it fits the cupcake pincushion I made at the retreat. I used this pattern to make my cupcakes, they look so sweet tucked in the little box.
I also made this cosmetic bag which I think will be a gift for my daughter. She'll love the bright and funky colours. I believe it's a Amy Butlter pattern and there are 3 sizes you can make.
I finished block 3 of Gail Pan's Christmas Wish BOM. The link to her site is in my side bar, she if offering these cute little wreath blocks each month for free. I love how they are turning out.

And a sneak peek at something I started last week. I won't tell you what I'm making just yet...teehee.

We have more snow today, I thought spring was just around the corner (and so did the crocus's that were popping up) because we had so much sun last week and then surprise more snow, at least 3 or 4 inches so far. I'm hoping for spring to come soon.

Hi Wendy! I have all those little baskets stitched up myself and just haven't put it together yet! Maybe seeing yours will get me motivated for a finish! The cupcake box and cupcake are such a perfect match for each other (great find on the box!) You've been busy from the looks of this posting! Take care and will chat again soon! Mary

p.s. the word verification is jamba. Maybe that's a sign for me to go get a Jamba Juice for my afternoon snack *s*

I love your cupcake in the box. How cute is that.
All your projects are just adorable as always.
We have snow here too. A couple of inches in our yard. I am so cold today. I just can't seem to warm up. Gosh, maybe I need a Grande Latte to me help out. LOL
Always enjoy your post and new project you have to show off.
Take care and think SPRING, SPRING
SPRING. It should be coming soon.

Hugs,
Karen
