Quilt Finished

My spool swap quilt is now finished. This was a swap between myself, Darlene, Sharon, Carol, Dawn and Judy, I think everyone has completed and shown their quilts already, I might be the last one, not sure. I had a really great time making these blocks It was fun getting all those little packages in the mail each month, I miss seeing them arriving in my mailbox.

The label on the back, each person signed and sent a block for a label. I decided it would be a good way to hide the seam in the back.
Boo Boo (aka Kitten) has been keeping us entertained. He sure likes to get into small places, the dishwasher, clothes dryer, dresser drawers and we found out he likes to eat flax seed gluten free bread, must have been his midnight snack. Only 2 more sleeps.....I hope....but then I just got an email from my daughter and she drove all the way to California, she was only intending to go as far as Oregon.

Happy Quilting.

WooHoo, Wendy - it's beautiful. My quilt top is finished but not quilted. I think I need to follow your lead and finish it. :-)

Maybe it's time for another block swap!

Your spool quilt is fantastic! I love the label on the back with everyone signing it.

I forgot to mention yesterday that your daughter's cat looks just like my Max, and he gets into all kinds of trouble too.

Your spool quilt is wonderful. It looks cozy to wrap up in. What does Boo Boo think of it :-)
He's quite the adventurer but I'll bet he's going to be quite relieved to go home...as prolly you will be for him to reunite with his mom!

Love the quilt, a spool quilt is on my "one day to do" list and everytime I see one I know I need to start it. I really like the quilting on it. Boo-boo's a cutie, funny how cats roam at night. Last night someone left the piano open and ours (jinx) was walking across the keyboard until we had to get up and close it.
