Wool Blocks

It's about time I got down to some quilting or in this case some stitching. These are the blocks I finished over the last month while traveling. It's a good thing I had something with me on the flight because those TV monitors things don't always work. I watched half a movie and then it didn't work anymore. I still haven't seen the end of that movie. The wool in these blocks is absolutely gorgeous, Karen has done a wonderful job of making these kits. I love everyone and I'm enjoying every stitch.

A couple more blocks to stitch and I'm ready to assemble. I've also been working on the Cobblestone Lane BOM, soon I'll have some pictures to show.
Happy Stitching, until next time.
Wendy

Those are lovely! I don't know much about wool - what are you appliqueing them onto for a background? Since they are a heavy fabric, do you have to use a heavier background?

Love all your wool blocks!! Love the colours! How big will the quilt get? Do you use a buttonhole stitch? How big are the blocks? sorry, lots of question I know but I am swept of my feet hihi! Happy sewing, Daniëlle

Your block are lovely! I love wool! Despite the 3 wool kits I now own, I have not touched any of them. Do you use fusible web? I have a box of gorgeous hand dyed wool sitting in my dinning room waiting to be brought to the shoppe. That is, when I know what the heck I'm doing! lol Thanks for sharing!
