Everything Black and Orange

Yesterday I made this lunch bag for my daughter going to college. She loves everything Halloween and picked the fabric but doesn't know that I made this bag for her.
A few fussy cut pumpkins and some 1" strips and you have a little quilt for the fall season.
Lots of Black and Orange around my house right now.

Carinissima la borsa sacchetto, il nero e l'arancio accostati stanno proprio bene.

What a great little log cabin quilt. Gotta love anything log cabin! I HAVE to get some more black print fabric. I've used about all I had.

Love the bag....but gotta really love the quilt...did you have a pattern...or did you just imagine it and go for it?...I am a beginner and would love to something like that for Christmas...maybe a Christmas tree in the middle or a Christmas ball...could you share how you did it?...or maybe it is top secret

Darling things for halloween. What a perfect bag. The log cabin quilt is terrific, you make it sound so easy!

great halloween things, love the skeletons on the bag -- and amazing to be thinking so far ahead to even have a black and orange cat! I know, you probably didn't plan it that way but along with the bag and quilt, it seems my eyes went over to your pretty calico cat in your side bar...
