Ironing Board

This has always been my favorite picture of my ironing board. Jenny wants to be the center of attention which means she'll do anything to get in my way. We sometimes have to fight over space. And we won't even talk about when she thinks my thread and my HST's are toys. Libby has challenged us to show our ironing boards, the cover is pretty new, my old cover had rips and holes in the area I use the most. I picked this cover because #1 it was cheap and #2 because it didn't have a bright loud print that would drive me crazy. This was as neutral has I could find without being muslin.

She seems to feel pretty confident that you are not going to be ironing on that board real soon!

My cat likes to sit on mine and watch me work.

Your cat looks pretty happy there.. Mine kept doing that, and I sprayed him with the water I was using at the other end of the board, he dont lay on my ironing board anymore :O)

I was having a sneak peek at your fabrics you have on your ironing board, what are you making? they look like 30's from here..

That's a great photo, she looks so calm and contented, and oblivious of everything around her.

I sure wish there would be a Cat Whisperer, so we understand what goes on inside their heads. That ironingboard cat is hilarious!

My cat was under the table, if they ever got on top they would roll over and end up on the floor!!

What a happy cat!

The sewing kit is turning out so cute and wonderful! Yum!

Your kitty looks so cute and snuggly on your board. :o)

My two cats like my ironing board too! I have to keep a cover over my cover because of them. They LOVE that spot.

Oh how cute! BTW, you've been tagged, see my blog to find out!

Since Libby's ironing board photo request, it appears there are many cats who 'own' the ironing board in the house. Jenny is sure curled up tightly for her nap.

How cute is Jenny! I always love seeing photos of quilting cats. There are so many gorgeous felines in quilty blogland. I have become quite proficient at stitching with a cat on my lap!
